Shipping

Free shipping on all orders

All orders are shipped via standard shipping. You can see the estimated delivery time within each product’s description and also at the time of checkout. Orders are shipped directly from our brand partners. If you purchase multiple items you will receive multiple packages.

Returns

Free return shipping on all orders

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn with tags attached. You can print or email a return label from the app by tapping “My Purchases” in your profile. If the brand has included a pre-paid return label in the package you may use this.

Placing an Order

We accept Apple Pay and all major credit cards. All orders will appear as “The Yes” on your bank statement. Our brand partners will ship directly to you in their packaging. If you place an order across multiple brands, you will receive multiple shipments (Shipping is always free). The expected delivery varies by item. You can find the estimated delivery window on the product description page and at the time of checkout. Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase by tapping Cancel in My Purchases.

Connecting with Friends

Shopping is meant to be a social sport. Use our “Invite a Friend” feature to invite new friends onto The Yes and to share your Yes lists with each other. You can find your share link in the Profile menu

Price match guarantee

We strive to provide the best price. If you find a lower price within 14 days of purchase, please contact us by using our in-app contact feature.
1. While on the item, shake your phone until you get the “Need Help?” pop-up
2. Tap “Contact Customer Service”
3. The in-app contact form will take a screenshot of the item you are on
4. In the details please let us know the retailer and price they are offering
5. Hit Send in the top right corner
Our customer service team will review your request and email you back directly once we have researched the item.

Items eligible for price match:

Lower price is a price reduction on the product. We do not match coupon codes. Lower price must be from an authorized retailer. We do not honor price adjustment for items found on websites which operate as an auction, discounter or liquidators. Item must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
